1. One box can fit up to two 30ml bottles, but we may accommodate requests for individual boxes for each bottle. The same is applicable to our 10ml mini bottles; customers can ask for individual pouches for each bottle. We have larger boxes to fit orders with five pieces or more.

2. Our 10ml mini bottles are refillable. To know how to refill it, please check our “faq” Instagram highlight.

3. Only the orders with 30ml bottles will be provided with the Luminor box.

4. Given that our box is not a hardbox, it is not as sturdy as hardboxes. Due to the fact that couriers frequently handle packages carelessly, they could be a little crumpled when it reaches the buyer.

5. Please message us right away if there are any leaks in your order. We will respond as soon as we can.

6. Once again: We don't sell DUPES. Mentioning the high-end version of a scent in our description isn't about selling imitations or copies. It's simply to give you an idea of the vibe our scent carries. Take Everose, for instance—it shares a fruity-floral essence just like the Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia. Another example is Bulgaria Amethyste which gives this fresh floral scent just like our Orchid Feels. But rest assured, we're not trying to replicate it.

We strive to infuse our scents with uniqueness since we're not in the business of selling duplicates. Our fragrances have their own distinct identity, and we've never claimed otherwise.

We include these high-end/expensive perfumes as references so everyone can grasp the essence of our scent. We understand that pricey perfumes like Jo Malone are more accessible for testing in malls.
