CELLOWAX HAIR COLOR

DIRECTION FOR USE:

1. Shampoo and towel dry.

2. Apply Shining Colored Cellowax beginning 3mm from scalp and comb through the hair.

3. Moisten and heat the hair with a steamer or heater for 30 minutes or use a shower cap and leave it on for 1 hour.

4. Cool your hair 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly until water runs clean.

5. Squeeze out excess water.
