It arrived safely but the mouse cannot connect to my ipad. I’ve been trying for hours but still cannot connect to bluethooth. The keyboard is working, however, sometimes the letters are typing double. As for the appearance, it’s beautiful but the color is not close to purple. It looks blue. Thnx
