Operation points

1. Start the machine and heat the temperature to the preset 150-180 degrees.

2. Turn on the handle switch and adjust the gluing speed to more than 40%.

3. Feed in the edge band, test the amount of glue applied, and it is best if the amount of glue applied to the edge band is evenly filled with the edge band and will not overflow.

4. How to adjust the amount of glue:

a. First, adjust the thickness of the edge band press plate(on the front of the machine), so that the gap between the edge band press plate and the gluing wheel is about the thickness of the edge band, and test the amount of glue again.

b. If the glue amount is still not ideal, then adjust the glue amount adjustment knob of the edge band （on the left side of the machine）, and then test the glue amount，Repeat the above operation until it reaches the ideal glue amount.

5、Set the width limiter for the inlet and outlet of the edge band to ensure that the edge band can enter the machine smoothly and does not shake up and down.

6. Feed the edge banding, push the board at the same time, and carry out edge banding. The board should be tightly attached to the edge banding to ensure a good sticking firmness.

7. Use other tools (manual trimmer, router, etc.) for trimming and end cutting.

Maintenance points

1. Add lubricating oil to chains and gears every month.

2. Keep the glue pot clean. If there are sundries in it, please clean up all the glue and sundries.

Cleaning method: a. Cool the machine.

b. Heat it to 100 degrees.

c. Use a screwdriver to lift out the glue in the glue pot.

d. Add clean glue, start and turn the machine for 15 minutes. Repeat the above operation until the glue pot is clean.

3. Do not leave the machine heated and the motor does not rotate for a long time.

4. Please use medium temperature glue at 150-180℃, and other glues are prohibited.
