Important Tips re: Shaved Ice / Crushed Ice:
1. Always Shake first before use
2. For best results, always use freshly shaved ice or crushed ice.
NOTE Ice that has been pre-shaved and left in the cooler will become too wet and crunchy (i.e., your snow cones will taste bland and become harder for customers to eat).
4. When serving the shaved ice into a cup or cone, never push or never press hard into the cup or cone because the ice will clump up and become harder to eat. Also, do not squeeze your shaved ice.
Shelf life (non-refrigerated):

Store in a cool and dry place away from heat or sunlight to preserve freshness.
