Not dry/patchy! It smells a bit sweet, like the powder smells like a cupcake idk 💀 but its so cutee. Theres a my melody emboss on the powder too, sadly the top part design isnt actually apart of the design and is just a plastic with a print, but the melody and the flower is a waterproof sticker
