Tips in Playing Kinetic Sand

How do you clean up Kinetic Sand?

Kinetic Sand is easy to clean up because it sticks to itself and nothing else. Form a ball of sand and dab the remaining sand with the ball to pick it all up!

 

I think my Kinetic Sand is drying out, what should I do?

Kinetic Sand does not dry out; it's probably just the humidity affecting it. Simply add a couple of drops of water with an eyedropper and it will return to its original state.

 

What happens if Kinetic Sand gets wet?

Don’t worry if Kinetic Sand has gotten wet, simply spread it out on a flat surface to dry and it will return to its original state.

 

It is recommended to play Kinetic Sand outdoors

 

How to Get Kinetic Sand Out of Clothing?

1. It sticks to itself, meaning that you could start by creating a little ball of it, and rolling it around to collect the rest of it.

2. A simple solution of dishwasher detergent mixed in a cup of distilled water should do the trick.

3. Don’t Stick It in The Washing Machine Straight Away. Sand can get stuck in your washing machine, ultimately causing issues down the line. You’re going to want to start by cleaning as much sand out of your clothing as possible. A quick shakedown outside, and, if you want to save the sand, collecting it with my first method, is your best bet.
