HOW TO USE
=============
SORE THROAT:
Put 3 drops of V-Moringa Liniment into a glass of warm water and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt then gargle.
HIKA:
Put 3 drops of V-Moringa Liniment into a cup of hot water then do inhale and exhale.
Put a minimal amount of V-moringa liniment into the chest portion.
PIMPLES:
Apply a small amount of V-Moringa Liniment to pimples or acne. For the best result, it is preferably applied in the evening before bedtime.
FEMININE WASH:
Place tap water in a clean container then put 2 drops of V-Moringa Liniment. Use it during washing together with your chosen feminine soap as your antiseptic solution.
DYSMENORRHEA:
Drink a cup of hot water with 3 drops of V-Moringa Liniment.
CLOGGED NOSE / SINUSITIS:
Put 3 drops of V-moringa Liniment into a cup of hot water then do inhale and exhale procedure.
Then Put a minimal amount of V-moringa liniment inside and outside part of your nose.
BLEEDING GUMS:
Put 3 drops of V-Moringa Liniment into a glass of cold water and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt then gargle.
INFLAMED GUMS:
Apply a minimal amount of V-Moringa liniment direct to inflamed gums and massage.
BURNS & WOUNDS:
Wash with cold water to remove dirt and stop bleeding for wounds, or as first aid for burns, then apply V-Moringa Liniment until it heals.
