I want to rate it 4.5 stars because of the cloth. It would not last 3 or 4 months use because of the Garter getting loose overtime but it's good For Light Sparring, and since there is no foam for the heel, I'll try to minimize my strength when I attempt to do a Back kick. (Size is Large & me 5'7)
