Nag ttake ako twice a day. Hindi ko pa naubos ung 1 pouch kaya kaya cguro wala pa akong nakikitang result and morena talaga ako kaya expected long hindi agad ako puputi. I think kaya ka mag gglow dito sa hikari ultra kc ang sarap ng tulog sa gabi.
