HOW TO PREPARE WYTEH Ascenda Kid

WARNING: Unboiled water or incorrect dilution can make your child ill. Incorrect storage, handling, preparation, and feeding can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your child.

- Wash your hands and utensils before preparation.

- Boil water and allow to cool.

- First, pour water and then add water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved. Check temperature before feeding.

- Make sure the scoop is dry before introducing back into the can.

RECOMMENDED SERVING

- 2 servings per day**

7 scoops (Approx. 42 g) + 170 mL = 200 mL

INTENDED USE

- For children above 3 – 7+ years old, ASCENDA Kid can be used as a nutritional supplement, while a balanced diet is being established. ASCENDA Kid is recommended for children who have growth concerns and insufficient dietary intake or inadequate nutritional intake.

- Not intended for infants below 12 months of age and children with lactose intolerance.

- Using more or less powder than indicated could lead to dehydration or deprive your child of proper nutrition. Do not change proportions without medical advice.

- Expiration date and lot identification code are printed on the bottom of the can/pack. Use before the expiration date.

- Avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures.

- Fill is by weight, not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur.
