Hindi ko alam, pero need to take supplements na talaga pag di na maagapan ang acne. Bec of hormonal imbalance kaya diko masabi na na help ako ng rejuv nato. 1 week ko lang den sya nagamit at hindi sya sobrang peeling sa mukha. Help you to dry your acne, w/c is good. I just leave a honest review.
