The Sinaya Cup is a flexible silicone cup designed for use inside the body during your period to collect menstrual blood. The cup collects the menstrual flow rather than absorbing it as tampons or napkins do. One Sinaya Cup is good for 2 years, which makes this menstrual cup good for the environment and cost-effective.
Our cups come in two sizes: (Small for women under 30 y/o and who have never given birth; Large for women 30 y/o and older, women who have given natural birth, or women who usually experience very heavy flows). You may also check the sizing guide chart below.
For complete instructions on how to use it, you may check out our User Guide.
The Sterilizer Cup is a collapsible “portable tabo or bidet” which can be used for cleaning, sterilizing, storing, and carrying your Sinaya Cup.
The Sinaya Wash is a gentle plant-based fragrance-free cleanser perfect for washing your Sinaya Cup.
The Sinaya Heatpack is a reusable salt-based multipurpose warmer. No need for electricity, batteries, or a microwave.
Actual colors may appear different from the photos. Ribbon may not be included.
