•Most first-time users have difficulty inserting at the start. There is a normal learning curve for using period cups. Relax, read the instructions thoroughly, and retry.
•Once you get a hang of insertion and removal, you may experience the most comfortable periods of your life. It is so comfortable that you may forget you have your menstruation and your cup inside you. You may set an alarm for 12 hours to remind you to remove and rewash your cup.
