•We don't accept the request for an exchange, refund, or return for products that have passed more than a week since delivery.
•We check if the light stick works well and take a photo of it for you before shipping it. So, we need to open the box first and you cannot exchange, refund, or return it for this reason.
•If you want to exchange/refund due to damage, you must send us a full unboxing video from the packaging box.
