The oxidizing liquid is usually made of hydrogen peroxide and it helps open up your hair cuticle for the dye to penetrate. Combined with bleaching powder, the result is the chemical reaction that lightens your hair from deep within its strand.

Usage: To mix with hair color cream at the rate of 1:1

6% is used for covering white hair or its a tone and tone hair color.

9% is oxidizer that lighten 2 to 3 level lighter.

12% is an oxidizer that lighten 4 to 5 level lighter.
