Procedure:
Mix the following:
70g Boduo Cheese Cake Walling Powder
250ml all purpose cream
40ml fresh milk
2 grams salt
Boduo Sea Salt Cream Powder
Procedure
Mix the following:
200g Sea Salt Cream Powder
600ml fresh milk
Note: must use chilled milk
You can use whisk, mixer or blender to mix all together until it becomes sticky.
Store in refrigerator or chiller for longer shelf life.
