Please Read: The printer has a program that measures the quantity of waste ink in the waste tank. You may replace the waste tank or sponge once your printer stop printing and notification "Service Require" will appear on the screen of laptop/computer. After replacing waste tank or sponge you will also need a resetter program to reset the ink pad counter in order to disappear the "Service Require" notification.
Note: Replacing waste tank or sponge only without resetting will not disappear the "Service Require" notification.
You may also find a more detail guide in google and youtube if you want to DIY (do it yourself) or contact experienced technician or nearest Service Center to do the job.
