About receiving:

- Please check the packaging and screen appearance as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If the goods are damaged or cracked, please do not use glue/screws to install and take photos to contact us.

About warranty:

- Please test the screen first when you receive the package, if the screen is damaged, do not install it on your phone! No warranty will be provided after installation.

- If the screen test does not work perfectly, we can provide a refund or replacement, but only if the screen is not installed.

- There is no warranty for screens that are damaged by humans.

- If you are not a technician, we will not provide warranty for your self-installed screen.

- If the screen is damaged or not working, please provide proof of packaging, test pictures, and pictures of the front and back of the screen. Without proof pictures, we will refuse refund.
