It's disappointing. I failed and forgot to take a video, assuming that my orders are complete. Upon checking the parcel, I only received 9 candles instead of 11 pcs. ITS REALLY DISAPPOINTING. I PAID FOR MY ORDERS COMPLETE YET I RECEIVED LESS THAN I EXPECTED. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
