Item: pro 4 white
It isn’t working! The seller sent me a box different box. I know someone who bought here and hers had a different box. This one doesn’t charge. Seller advised me to charge 1-2hrs…duh?! It’s not lighting up. When you shake it, it makes a sound. Returnjng for REFUND.

How to use
When connecting headphones for the first time, incorrect operation may cause the pairing of headphones to fail. It will only sound from one earphone, not from two earphones. Follow these steps to solve the problem.
1. Delete the Pro 4 headphones connected in the Bluetooth settings of the phone.
3. Turn off the Bluetooth function of the phone and turn off the headphones on both sides.
4. Open the charger cover and simultaneously remove both headphones.
5. Wait for 5-10 seconds
6. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
7. Find the Pro 4 connection. If the match is successful, the system will display the "Connected" message.
