We warrant this product provided that the device have been used according to operating instructions.
3-YEAR LOCAL SELLER WARRANTY (CARRY-IN)
For a period of (3) year from the date of purchase, if the Device is found to be defective, We will supply at no cost new replacement unit, at its option, at no charge. However, shipping cost is shoulder by our customer.
The warranty shall become void under the following situations:
a) Tampering alteration, modification, misuse or set being dropped.
b) Damages caused by defective wiring or by operating the smart home devices on incorrect voltage or fluctuation
c) Damages resulting from act of God such as fire, lightning strike or flood.
