Alfa Gargle is an oral antiseptic that contains 1% Povidone-Iodine. 

Povidone-Iodine is an effective bactericidal and virucidal agent that has the broadest spectrum of antimicrobial action against bacteria, viruses and other microbes, compared with other common antispetics. Directions for Use:

For sore throat and mouth infections: 

Pour 20mL (4 teaspoons) ALFA GARGLE Oral Antiseptic into a glass and gargle for 30 seconds. Repeat 2-4 times daily or as required.
