DESCRIPTION

✅ PVC or polyvinyl chloride is an inexpensive plastic material that standard ID cards are made of. It is the generally accepted ID card material for most printing needs. Specifically, if you have an ID card printer, you’ll get the best quality and professional-looking results by using PVC cards for your identification needs. These cards can be customized allowing you to add graphics, user photos, names, a barcode and other variable data.

HOW TO USE

1️⃣ Prepare your image or data on your computer set to custom size (see video)

2️⃣ Before printing, peel the protective cover of the PVC film, since this not the printable area

3️⃣ Print the PVC film using pigment ink for better result

4️⃣ Cut the PVC Sheet to the desired size of the printed image on the PVC film

5️⃣ Peel the transparent film on both side of the PVC sheet then place it in between the two printed PVC film (match both side perfectly to avoid misalignment)

6️⃣ Set the laminating machine to 130-140°c then insert the id on the machine (laminate in different sides for better result)

7️⃣ Cut using PVC ID Die Cutter for exact id size cut
