Hello, it's been 4 days since I received the item. No damage like dents or scratches, looks like brand-new.Smooth and no logs. Wide screen. Camera is quite blurry. Battery can last up to 6-8hrs depends on the usage. Slightly heavy. The only issue is some symbols, iba Yung naka sulat sa keyboard.

I am still charging the battery and downloading updates but everything seems fine apart from one thing. I can’t get @ for email addresses. It’s on the key board but doesn’t come on screen, have tried just pressing it, also pressing with shift, with Ctrl, with Alt; all to no avail.

The store is legit and the product I bought is good as new. However, yung microsoft office na sinasabi nila na lifetime use is unlicensed nung dumating sakin kaya hindi ko magamit yung full functionality. Customer service is slow to handle your concerns. Ang tagal mag action!
