Bottle broken + syrup spilled. Packaging was just one layer of bubble wrap and a box—not enough for a big, fragile item. Seller wasn’t also sure how to process the refund and even said I might need to return the broken glass 😅Refund in process after help from TikTok CSC. Hope packaging improves!
