1. Installation precautions
Preparation before installation
Ensure that the installation environment is dry and clean, and avoid dust or moisture affecting the screen performance.
Turn off the power and unplug all cables for safe operation.
Fixing bracket/base: Use matching screws to fix the bracket according to the screen size and installation method.
Screen Installation: Align the LCD screen with the bracket snap or screw hole position and push it to a firm lock (avoid excessive force).
The video input cable must be tightly inserted to avoid loosening.
The power cord connection is stable, and it is recommended to use an original adapter.
Power-on test: Turn on the power to check whether the display is normal, and confirm that there are no flickering, bad points, etc.
Do not touch the screen panel directly with your hands to avoid scratches or fingerprints.
Avoid long-term exposure of the screen to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
When installing wall mounts, it is necessary to ensure the wall load-bearing capacity and use expansion screws that meet the standards.
Be absolutely sure that the screen is working perfectly before gluing / screwing. The parts lose the warranty if the product is damaged and misused, such as: liquid in, scratches, traces of glue and broken screen. (Parts replacement / application must be done by a skilled technician.)
