1. Wash your hands and rub the earplugs with the fingers of one hand (do not press)
2.Pinch the top of the ear with the other hand and pull the ear outward to open the ear canal
3. Quickly put the head of the rubbing earplugs into the ear canal, leaving 3/4 out to remove the earplugs
Tips:
1. Noise-reducing earplugs can only reduce the noise decibels and cannot completely isolate the noise.
