I definitely recommend this, laking tulong neto sa akin not only as a PCOS warrior na bawal na sa coffee but at the same time as a teacher, hindi ako namaos dito. Nakabili ako sa supemarket same price pero 100 grams lg yun nasa ziplock, eto mas malaki, laki din ng tinipid ko deto. Pa budol rin kayo.
