HOW TO PREPARE INJOY’S TAPIOCA PEARLS?
1. Boil 6 liters of water in a stockpot.
2. Once boiling, gradually add contents of 1kg pack of inJoy Tapioca Pearls.
3. Stir until pearl start floating.
4. Cover and allow boiling in medium fire for 35-40 minutes.
5. Turn off heat and set for 30 minutes. Don't remove the cover.
6. Strain and rinse with running water preferable cold water.
7. For the syrup, dissolve 1/2 kg of brown sugar in 1/2 kg water and allow mixture to boil. Remove from heat and then add to the cooked inJoy Tapioca Pearls.
INJOY’S TAPIOCA PEARLS SHELF LIFE:
- For UNOPENED pack: 4 months Room temperature, cool & dry place
- For OPENED pack: Seal properly!!! Room temperature, cool & dry place
- For COOKED PEARLS: Within 24 hours Refrigerate, soak in sugar syrup.
HOW TO REHEAT INJOY’S TAPIOCA PEARLS?
1.Pour cooked pearls with sugar syrup into pot.
