How to order Personalized Items

Choose the color of the item/s you want, then check the photo of font and vinyl color (font color) which are provided po sa product page photos.

Just place your order first then send us in PM the details.

NAME - ITEM COLOR - FONT - VINYL/FONT COLOR

Manage your expectations. Vinyl stickers po ang gamit for the names. Waterproof po ito and mas madikit kumpara sa normal stickers. Hindi po sya natatanggal unless kusang tutuklapin or aalisin. Kapg huhugasan naman po ang mug, wag pong kuskusin ng magaspang or steel na sponge yung decals.

Preparation time is within 5 to 10 days.

Available couriers are Standard Delivery and J&T.

Shipping time is -

2 to 5 days for Metro Manila

3 to 8 days for Provinces

Strictly no cancellation since items are personalized.

Pakicheck ng mabuti ang address ninyo and phone number. We don't have an access to change the details for the delivery ng item ninyo.

Items are protected with 3 layers of bubblewrap, but to those who are located outside Metro Manila you can order extra bubblewrap for the safety of your order, lalo na po sa mga fragile items like mugs, tumblers at iba pang babasagin.

Labels on the "Case, Spoon, Fork" option is limited to one font style only.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Video must be provided while unboxing / unpacking the items. No Video, No Return, No Refund. We ship orders according to the order list received.
