Ok po sana yung items but yung packaging po talaga ninyo ay di po maganda. This is the 2nd time na i ordered na po. Cans were either dented or nagburst na due to thin layers of bubble wrap plus the box was not sturdy enough to carry the package. Hope you'll improve this po.

This is my 2nd time ordering these sets (I’ve ordered 6 cans of all 4 flavors) and it’s disappointing that almost half of the cans are dented. Although the delivery is fast, I hope you can check the quality of the cans before shipping them.

Almost all cans arrive with severe dents but the customer service helped me with compensation thank you 👌 pls improve the packaging

Couldn’t take a pic right now. But everything I ordered came, although there were dents on some of the cans but who cares? It didn’t burst during the journey so all is good. Will 100% order again soon.

Same problem as previous deliveries. Very poorly packaged. Items either exploded or damaged. Do not need a refund, do not need exchange. Just wanted good customer service.

Packaging was so bad. The box was loose inside with lots of empty space. 3 cans exploded. This is not the first time this has happened na badly packed. I order weekly around 24 cans yet this is how you treat loyal customers. The rest of the unexplored cans were dented and deformed hello botulism.

Naka less nga ako kasi madami order ko pero halos lahat naman ng cans may dent na, which is likely to be unsafe to consume na hays di man lang na secure yung packaging. 5 out of 6 cans may dent.

Poor packaging, most of the cans were damaged and this could compromise the quality and longevity of the product.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! 10 out of 12 cans I ordered are dented. This could cause contamination of the canned food. I will do everything to take down this shop and look for its owner if something bad happens to my cats
