Their customer service is very accomodating, ordered 3 fan all is working pero yung isa is hindi gumagana yung rgb light ,nothings big deal pero i used to inform them padin to let them know wala namang kaso sakin kasi nagana naman fan, but in return they still shipped another rgb fan as compensation
