HOW TO PREPARE S-26 PROMIL PROPERLY

WARNING: Unboiled water, unboiled cups, or incorrect dilution can make your child ill. Incorrect storage, handling, preparation, and feeding can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your child.

1. Wash your hands and utensils before preparation. Prepare only one serving at a time.

2. Boil 210mL (7 fl. oz) water and allow to cool.

3. Pour lukewarm water and then add 7 scoops of powder. Stir until powder is fully dissolved.

4. Dry scoop before putting back into the bag.

5. Close bag and store it in a cool, dry place.

Serve twice per day and use within 4 weeks of opening.

STORAGE

Prepare only one serving at a time. Feed immediately and follow the exact instructions. Do not keep unfinished serving, discard all contents. After each use, the pouch should be tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 weeks of opening.

Avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures.

Fill is by weight, not volume. Setting of powder may occur.
