•DIRECTION FOR USE:

•AS MAINTENANCE DOSE: (1) SWINE: Stir 100ml in 10gal of water or pour evenly in 10kg of finished feed or 2tbsp to 1-1/2 gal of water of 1-1/2 kg of feed. (2) CHICKEN & DUCKS: Stir 100ml of 8gal of water or 2tbsp to 4L of water. (3) DOGS & CATS: Stir 1tbsp to 3L of water.

•AS THERAPEUTIC DOSE: Use double dose of Proto-lyte mixed with the above quantity of water during diseased or severe dehydrated condition of animal. Same dose maybe used for transporting poultry and animals. Use medicated drinking water as sole source of drinking water for 5days.

•If necessary, treatment with Proto-lte maybe repeated after using unmedicated drinking water for 2 days. During the treatment the animals should be fed a balanced nutritious ration.

•Store in a cool; dry place – not over 75F. Keep tightly closed when not in use.

•INDICATIONS: As an aid in correcting electrolyte imbalance in healthy & sick animals. For the treatment of severe protein depletion & in preventing dehydration caused by extreme summer heat, diarrhea, fever conditions & other metabolic diseases. As supportive treatment in piglets suffering from severe scouring & hypoglycemia (Low level of blood glucose) Resulting from insufficient cow’s milk supply. In chickens & pigs, to reduce excessive weight loss due to loss of appetite during hot climate, weighing & transporting. To enhance antibiotic and sulfa medication maintaining body fluid balance in dogs to provide essential fluid to sick animals by correcting deficit of water & severe dehydration thus speeds up animal rate of recovery.
