•How to maintain the iron pan?
•1. After each use, clean the pan body in time, wipe it to dry or roast to dry.
•2. Better apply a layer of cooking oil after dry, it can extend the service life of the iron pan.
•3.Wash it by warm water with soft brush, if there is rust, clean it with the cleaner steel ball. After finish it, apply a layer of oil too.
•4.At the beginning of using this pan, better to cook more foods with fats and oils, they're natural protector and carer of iron pan.
•Why this iron pan so heavy?
•High quality primary iron is smelted at high temperature. The natural iron cast pots all have a certain weight. This is our quality guarantee.
•More Attentions
•1. Don't panic if any black chips fall off when you use it for the first time or cleaning proceed, it's just carbonized vegetable oil layer. Do not contain any harmful substances, please clean and maintain as usual.
•2.If you will not use it for a long time, please apply a layer of cooking oil and put it in a dry place to avoid rust.
