Honestly disappointed. The product is fine but the packaging definitely not. It was only wrapped in thin cardboard. Which damaged the shape of the cap. It vexed me a lot seeing its state. The photo might do no justice as it only show little to no dent, however personally it is annoying to use!

The product is poor and expectations not meet.
