i received it in good condition. i expected the box to be bulkier, and i tried it right away. there’s no problem with the product, and it works perfectly fine for me. the only thing is that the camera keeps on flipping when i try to adjust myself/my hand from my ears, but it’s still good.

Tried it for a short time seems good but can't go deeper but maybe that's just the recommended deepness, and the device heat up too but still manageable but I'm not sure if that heat is safe. Though the device works perfectly. 💖
