Q: When ship out?
A: It would take us one day to process your orders, orders will be compiled at the end of the day (11 pm). Then it will be shipped out the following day. Orders that didn’t make it during the cut off time won’t be shipped out on until the next day.
Q: Why hasn’t my parcel been delivered yet?
A: Our team does not have access on the delivery dates of your orders, we can only show the status and tracking of your order.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We don’t have an exact answer for that but for MM area it takes about 3-5 days to ship including packing time and for the provincial area it takes about 7+ days to ship including packing time.
Q: What if the item I ordered ran out of stock
A: We will message you on the first day for possible solutions, then on the second day we will do a follow up on non-Flash orders but if your courier is flash we would pack and ship it out. Third day we will just ship it out or cancel without notice.
Q: Do you offer wholesale price?
A: Most of our product are priced wholesale, however when we offer retail there will be wholesale prices with minimum purchase quantity.
Q: Can I pick the design of the items?
A: Designs are random, however when you hit a certain amount of purchase we may be able to adjust minimal requests.
