Storage capacity:  max support 128gb(should be orginal and class10) low class SD card is not compatible. recommended: Sandisk Ultra A1 speed 98mb/s  to check if the SD CARD is original scan the barcode at the back of the box.  common problems of incorrect SD CARD are: -white screen -change of colors -ghost touch -black out -black and white -cant work properly -glitching -cant touch -over heat etc. Storage voltage: DC5V

SIMPLE PROBLEM EXCLUSION:

-If failure occures, try to troubleshoot it as follows. *FACTORY RESET -If you can't rule it out by yourself,please contact the after sale and maintenance department.

-Unable to record video properly  *change micro SD card *change resolution *make sure the SD card is properly installed  *format the SD card after insert..
