FORMULATION:
Each gram contains: Amoxicillin Trihydrate………150 mg Tylosin Phosephate…….….100 mg Paracetamol ……………….…..5 mg
INDICATION: Prevention of post fight wound, treatment of CRD, Pullorum, Coryza, swollen head syndrome, bumble foot and other bacterial infection that caused by organism sensitive to Amoxicillin and Tylosin.
DOSAGE: 1 day old to 3 months old
ADMINISTRATION: Dilute 1 sachet to 1 gallon of water PRESENTATION: 1 Box of 5 grams of 50 Sachets 1 Jar of 1 Kg
