The gaskets are enable to resist high pressure, cracking, shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling. Temperature range from -76Fto580°F (-60'C to 304'C) intermittent, ideal for water pumps and thermostat housing. Valve covers, oil pans, exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, timing covers. Excellent heat control and torque retention.

DIRECTIONS:

●Clean and dry surfaces, erase completely all dirt & grease with a residue free solvent.

●Take away the cap, puncture inner seal, and screw on nozzle cut to the desired bead size.

●Apply the beads evenly around the perimeter or one surface.

●Normally material skin dry in 15 minutes, Assemble parts once silicone skins dry over.

●Sealant is fully cured in 24 hours. Use the knife to remove excess silicone.

●Clean the nozzle and put back the cap tightly after use. If the sealant cured in the nozzle. Remove the cured plug with a pin or paper clip.

NOTE:

●Flexible and at all temperatures from -76°F to 580°F(-60C to 304C).

●Not recommended for continuous immersion in gasoline.

●Do not use instant gasket only when replacing cylinder head gaskets with pre determined tolerance.

CAUTION:

On contact, uncured sealant causes irritation, avoid contact of eyes and skin. In case of contact, flush eyes with water, remove from skin with dry cloth and call physician immediately. Use with adequate ventilation. Use lid to tightly seal if it was not used up. Keep out of reach of children.
