The clock hands were bent and damaged, making them unusable. Additionally, the two clocks I intended to use the hands with aren’t functioning properly. The packaging was also very poor, providing minimal protection during shipping, which likely led to the damage.

Installation method
First, gently press the hour hand,
Reloading the minute hand and second hand slowly pressing from right to left
