a. For Bulk Orders intended for Event Souvenirs, please send a message first and let us talk and agree on the design/layout first.

All details, such as product description and order process, are indicated on the uploaded photos.
- Given that our products are made of wood, it is innate to have natural characteristics such as: grain, color, and marks that may vary from product to product. Furthermore, they may acquire occasional burn marks upon laser cutting and engraving.
- Please understand that most of our products are personalized. Order preparation takes time. Average of 2 days before the courier picks up your parcel.
- All products that leave our premises leave in good condition. Rest assured that items are well-packed following courier guidelines. Mishandling by couriers are out of our control and responsibility. Please be guided accordingly.
