PROCEDURE: 

1. BOIL 5000ML HOT WATER AND WEIGH 500G BLACK TAPIOCA PEARL, THE DISTANCE WATER AND PEARL KEEP 5CM

2. POUR BLACK PEARL INTO THE HOT WATER AND STIR  IT EVENLY AND BOIL  IT AGAIN, COOK 20MINUTES, STIR ONCE EVERY 4 MINUTES；

3. TIME OUT, COVER TIGHTLY FOR 20MINUTES, STRAIN, RINSE THE PEARL WITH TAP WATER FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS, THEN RINSE WITH PURIFIED WATER AND STRAIN

4. add fructose or white sugar 100g ( for 1 kg pearl ) and some pearl boiled water to avoid sticky. Keep room temperature 4 h
