This nori is not crispy, its like a plastic texture

Althrough out the delivery the item wa not properly sealed. When the item arrived it is not crispy as it should be. It was thin on top of that it is colored purplish somehow. I dont know if it is safe to eat anymore. See the photo where it shows the tear below the seal
