Instructions for use: Wet and dry use. Suitable for grinding soy milk and tofu, small tofu, wet rice milk, glutinous rice flour, etc. A small amount can be dry ground, and more powder can be coke. Household power supply is 220v; raw material block is less than 2cm; friction, friction sound like commercial vacuum cleaner; pulverizer is not a precision instrument and will leak powder and water near the head and shaft. The ratio to water is ready to use. It can be connected to a water pipe, but cannot make high-concentration slurry; edible oil or water is added to the sesame paste; the sand mill is a pollution-free high-pressure plate, and a little sand will fall off when it is started. Rice and water test for half an hour. The induction motor is allowed to exist, and it is within the normal range at 36v; the thickness valve needs to be adjusted when the card machine is turned on, otherwise the coil will be burned; overloading of the motor is prohibited, and work for 1 to 2 hours rests.

Operation Notes:

In the case of power failure, the blanking iron sheets are all closed, the thickness adjustment handwheel and the locking handwheel are all released to the left, and the hopper is full.

Turn on the power, slowly open the blanking iron, and slowly adjust the thickness effect to the right.

Refining, in the process of processing, if the machine is stuck, you should cut off the power supply at the first time, clean it up, and operate it again.

(In the case of a jamming machine, the general situation is that the adjustment handwheel is too tight and the blanking iron sheet is too open)

150 Precautions

1. The motor shall not be flooded. If the head needs to be cleaned, it is recommended to block the motor with something.

2. When the power is off, remember to close all blanking iron sheets, loosen the thickness adjusting handwheel and locking handwheel to the left, and fill the hopper with materials.

3. After starting to power on, slowly open the blanking iron sheet (open one third as far as possible) and slowly adjust the thickness to the right. If the effect is OK, lock it with the locking handwheel. When feeding, feed slowly, and do not fill the hopper all at once, otherwise the machine is easy to block.

4. Once the machine is blocked and cannot be unloaded, immediately cut off the power, or the motor will burn out quickly.

5. The thickness can be adjusted on the machine. Try to adjust it slowly, but not all at once
