Each pellet contains the same nutrients so selective feeding is avoided.
Pellets are energy-dense, so rabbits only need a small daily portion to meet nutritional needs.
An average-size (6-10 pounds) adult rabbit only needs 1/4 cup of pellets daily. If your rabbit is under 5 pounds, feed just 1/8 of a cup. Moreover, rabbits larger than 10 pounds do not need more than 1/4 cup, as it's not a crucial part of a bunny's diet.
