AS Russian Frosted Seal Matte Top Coat
Size: 15ML
Use this instead of ordinary matte top to have a very clean finish specially when using chrome powders, rubbing powders, etc.
Just use brush, then the chromes will be gone unlike ordinary matte top you still need to use cloth with water and yet it's still not clean because of powder sticking to it.
Frosted Texture
How to use
1.) Manicure
2.) Dehydrator (optional for oily nails)
3.) Primer wait for 60 secs to dry. do not check if it is dry or else the oils on your nails will affect the quality
4.) base coat UV 30-60 secs
5.) Color UV 60 secs
6.) Color UV 60 secs.
7.) Russian Matte Top UV 60 secs.
8.) put desired designs :)
