Silka Papaya Lotion contains Papaya Enzyme, a proven skin lightening ingredient and Nutriblend Complex which is a combination of five essential vitamins that help improve overall skin health. Enhanced with VitaAbsorb Technology, its non-greasy formulation helps your skin absorb these nutrients.
Key Ingredient Benefits:
•Papain
Papain is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from the raw fruit of the papaya plant. Its enzymatic action is very specific, and it does not harm healthy skin. It is very effective in skin renewal and skin lightening. It also functions as an exfoliator, skin softener and moisturizer and helps fight acne. What’s more, the enzyme helps the body combat free radicals, thus preventing premature ageing.
•Niacinamide
Also known as Vitamin B3, niacinamide treats a wide variety of skin concerns such as dryness, redness, hyperpigmentation, premature aging, enlarged pores, and excess oil production. Niacinamide even helps the skin cells to turnover faster and stimulates natural lipid production, keeping your skin looking fresh and radiant. It also keeps the skin’s natural barrier healthy and protected by acting as an antioxidant. It is indeed a powerhouse ingredient.
•Panthenol
It is the provitamin of B5 because and is used in cosmetics and beauty products primarily as a lubricant, emollient and moisturizer because of its ability to bind to the hair and penetrate the skin, providing both with lubrication and hydration. Panthenol is most commonly used for healing, protecting and moisturizing the skin. Panthenol has been shown to increase the proliferation of fibroblasts in the dermis, the middle layer of the skin where wrinkles form. Activation of fibroblasts is typically associated not just with an increase in their number but
also with increased synthesis of all components of skin matrix, such as collagen, elastin and glycans as well as overall skin remodeling. Taken together, these effects tend to improve areas with damaged or irregular skin matrix, such as wrinkles and fine lines
•Tocopheryl Acetate
Vitamin E is a natural skin-conditioning agent and antioxidant. Some of its benefits include enhancing the efficacy of active sunscreen ingredients, reducing the formation of free radicals from exposure to UV rays, promoting the healing process, strengthening the skin’s barrier function, protecting the skin barrier’s lipid balance, and reducing trans-epidermal water loss. Attributed with antioxidant, anti-aging, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory.

VitaAbsorb Technology
The terminology “VitaAbsorb Technology” is a coined-term created in order to describe the enhanced delivery system comprising of different emollient solvents that helps skin absorb the important ingredients in the product. With the exception of a particular material which primarily acts as a solvent, it helps to dissolve or suspend other ingredients in the formulation without chemically altering either the solvents or the other ingredients. This solvent can also increase the efficacy of active ingredients in the product formulation by enhancing their
absorption through the skin.
It also functions as a humectant moisturizer. A humectant is a hygroscopic substance that has a molecular structure with several hydrophilic (water loving) groups. This structure allows humectants to attract and retain the moisture in the air nearby via absorption, drawing the water vapor into or beneath the surface. It may not only help to prevent dry skin, but also work to delay signs of aging. As the skin loses moisture due to both internal and external factors, it begins to show signs of aging, such as lines, wrinkles, sagging, and flaking skin. Therefore, using skin care products that contain humectants will help to attract moisture to the skin, resulting in smoother, softer skin with decreased wrinkles and a plumper appearance.
Nutriblend Complex
The terminology “Nutriblend Complex” is a coined-term created to describe the special blend of material incorporated in the product which is an All-in-one highly effective vitamin compound of Vitamins E, C, B3, B5 and B6.

The efficacy of the product to whiten as early as 7 days has been tested by an FDA accredited dermatologist.
